REFUND & RETURNS POLICY


1. Overview

At Stratedge Solutions Sdn. Bhd., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and returns for both products and services.


2. Services (Marketing, Events, Consulting)

  • Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Refund requests (if any) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered (subject to administrative costs)

3. Wholesale Products

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or branded products
  • Opened or used items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly
